SmartBuddy Login
The SmartBuddy is controlled from an external device. This can be a Smartphone, tablet or PC.
Smartphone/Tablet Android
For the Android operating system, you must download the HomeAssistant app from the Google Play Store onto your smartphone/tablet.

Smartphone/Tablet IOS
For the IOS operating system from Apple, you must download the HomeAssistant app from the Apple App Store onto your smartphone/tablet.

PC
On the PC, a normal browser (e.g. Firefox, Chrome etc.) is used to control the Smartbuddy. To do this, enter the IP address that the device received at start-up into the address line of the browser and add the text :8123.
e.g..

To find out which IP address your device has, there are 2 possibilities.
- you look at the configuration page of your router to see which IP has been assigned to the device. or.
- download the app to your smartphone/tablet as described above. When you start the app, the IP address of the unit is then displayed. Your smartphone/tablet must be logged into the same network as SmartBuddy.
Login window
When you start the app (or enter the IP address in the browser) you will first be asked for your name and password.
Here you enter the following data:
Username: haadmin
password: admin2021
After you have entered both and pressed Login, you will be taken to the Dashboard.
