General

On the dashboard, as you see it during initial commissioning, numerous devices, i.e. sensors, lamps and switches as well as camera images and registered persons are only simulated.
The following pages show how to turn simulated devices into real ones.

If you do not need individual sensors, lamps or switches, you can also delete them.

Delete​

Using the example of a lamp, proceed as follows. 1:

  1. on the 'Home' dashboard, select the Lamps subpage. 2. Now select the lamp you want to delete and press on the text, e.g. Ceiling Lamp. 3.
  2. this info window appears:

Now press the icon at the top right (cogwheel) and you will see another info window:

  1. please select the device ceiling light and you will get to the device information.

There you will find the 3 vertical dots under Device Information. There you will find the submenu for Delete device. You can confirm the repeated query with [OK].

You can return to the Dashboard on the left menu bar via the item Overview. Exit the Edit mode by clicking on the icon again:
